At American Barbell, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your training needs, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare Your Shipment
Securely pack the items in their original heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring all components and hardware are included.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided shipping label or your own carrier label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment to confirm it is in new condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
